July 19

It's been 11 weeks I think. I'm down 23 lbs now. I'm not sure what size pants I'm in.  A size 5 or 3. Either way, I have no pants that fit right now.

June 18:

1/3 chicken swarma

Curry with peas

7 almonds
Couple bites peanut butter bagel, 1/2 stick cheese
Chicken sausage and peas
Cheese stick

June 27:
Banana
Curry with peas

June 28:
Banana
Rice, veggies, teriyaki mall food
2 peanut chicken tenders

June 29:
Banana and blueberries with cream
Ginny's breakfast leftovers (egg with cheese, 1/4 blueberry pancake, 1/2 sausage)
2 cups steamed veggies, cheese stick, chicken tender

Harvest Board (smoked salmon, bread, cheese, nuts, dried apricot)

July 1:

July 2:

July 10:
