First 22 days

I'm starting this blog as a food journal. 22 days ago I cut all added sugar from my diet along with red meat and most carbs. I try to mostly eat fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, beans, and fish. So far I have lost 10lbs and I am working to lose another 20.

Here are my entries up until today.

May 4:
Oatmeal and cutie orange
Large salad
Green tea (I gave up on that after the first day, so bitter)
Swai, kidney beans, broccoli
Blueberries

May 5:
Oatmeal and strawberries
Medium salad, swai, broccoli
Beans, egg, chives, avocado, sriracha
Blueberries, 1/2 sqr 90% dark chocolate

May 6:
Oatmeal and banana and fried egg
Leftovers from May 5 dinner with peas
Medium salad
Nuts and blueberries
Salmon with lemon and garlic and asparagus
Chianti
Blackberries and nuts
2 hot cheetos, 2 pieces of kettle corn
Banana

May 7:
Oatmeal with fried egg and onion
Lettuce wrap salad
Blackberries and nuts
Veggie burger with onion, avocado and seasoning, and broccoli
Couple bites of veggie pizza and hot wins
Blueberries and 90% dark

May 8:
Nuts and blackberries
Brunch at La Paloma (crab legs, mashed potatoes, blood orange mimosas, s'mores tart, prickly pear dessert, 1/2 caramel tart)
Blackberries and nuts

May 9:
Oatmeal with two tiny eggs, sauteed onions, onion herb seasoning
Medium salad, medium bowl of curry
Broccoli and peas with small bowl of curry

May 10:
Oatmeal with half banana and a hardboiled egg
Large salad
Blackberries
Cod with onions and zucchini

May 11:
Oatmeal with blueberries and hardboiled egg
Large salad
Tuna cakes and peas
Blueberries

May 12:
Oatmeal with half banana and hardboiled egg
Large salad
Veggie burger with peas

May 13:
Oatmeal with half banana and hardboiled egg
Large salad
Chickpea and broccoli
Chicken and broccoli
1 sqr 90% dark

May 14:
Oatmeal with 1/2 sqr dark, and half a banana, and a hardboiled egg
Large salad
Fruit and veggie appetizer
Salmon with soy sauce and garlic, stir-fry veggies

May 15:
Oatmeal with 1/2 sqr dark, half banana, and a hardboiled egg
Medium salad
Veggie burger and peas

May 16:
Oatmeal with blueberries and hardboiled egg

Clam chowder with peas

Eggs and beans, blackberries
